Hotel Delivery & Reception Robots

Move towels, amenities, room service and documents from reception to the guest door — including between floors — and greet arrivals in the lobby with a humanoid receptionist that answers questions and guides visitors.

How it works

STEP-01

Register the robot with the lift

AS10 connects to the elevator controller and electric door, so it can ride between floors and reach guest corridors without staff.

STEP-02

Load and send

Staff load the locked compartment, pick the room on the 10.1-inch screen, and the guest is notified when the robot arrives.

STEP-03

Recharge unattended

Delivery and reception models return to their dock between tasks; 6–15 hours of runtime covers a normal shift.

Recommended models

Cross-floor delivery units and humanoid reception robots, with Wi-Fi or 4G connectivity and SDK/API access.

What to check before you buy

01

Floor-to-floor integration — confirm which elevator and door controllers your building uses; AS10 drives both.

02

Payload and runtime — AS10 carries 20 kg with 6–8 hours per charge; AS09 suits smaller items with about 8 hours of runtime.

03

Lobby presence — humanoid models walk at 0.7 m/s alongside guests, offer TTS/STT and expose an SDK/API for your own scripts.

Frequently asked questions

Can the delivery robot call the elevator itself?+

Yes. AS10 controls the elevator and the electric door, so it can deliver to guest floors without a staff escort.

What can it carry per trip?+

AS10 takes 20 kg per trip, enough for towels, amenities and documents. Heavier loads suit FD06 or FD10 from the logistics range.

Do the reception robots speak our guests’ language?+

Aldoc, Alice and Alamy support TTS/STT voice interaction and an open SDK/API, so scripts and answers can be adapted to your lobby.
